The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement ("Service Agreement") agreed between you and us. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail.

3. Website Use

When using our Website, you agree to:

• Use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its servers, or connected systems
• Not use the Website to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or disruptive code

French Link Building Services is committed to ethical, white-hat link building practices. All links acquired through our campaigns are obtained through editorial outreach, genuine publisher relationships, and content that provides value to the host publication's audience. We do not engage in:

• Private blog network (PBN) placements or link schemes designed to manipulate search rankings
• Automated link building, comment spam, or forum profile links
• Undisclosed paid links that violate search engine webmaster guidelines
• Link exchanges, reciprocal linking arrangements, or link farms
• Acquisition of links from websites that exist solely for link selling purposes

While we employ best practices aligned with Google Search Essentials and French digital advertising standards, we cannot guarantee specific search engine ranking positions, as rankings are influenced by factors beyond our control.

6. Fees and Payment

Service fees are specified in your Service Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted under French commercial law (Loi LME). We reserve the right to suspend Services for accounts with overdue balances exceeding 30 days.

All fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. French VAT (TVA) at the prevailing rate will be applied to invoices issued to clients within the European Union where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of French Link Building Services or our licensors and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Website content without our prior written consent.

Content created by us as part of a Service Agreement (including outreach articles, PR assets, and campaign reports) is licensed to you upon full payment for use in connection with your business. We retain the right to use anonymised campaign data and general methodologies for internal improvement and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public business information disclosed during the course of an engagement, including campaign strategies, publisher contact lists, pricing, and performance data. This obligation survives termination of the Service Agreement for a period of two years. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

9. Campaign Performance and Disclaimers

Link building outcomes depend on numerous variables including search engine algorithm changes, competitive activity, publisher responsiveness, and your website's overall SEO health. While we set realistic targets based on industry experience, we do not guarantee specific numbers of links, domain authority increases, traffic growth, or ranking improvements.

We verify acquired links for indexation and placement at the time of reporting. We are not responsible for links that are subsequently removed by publishers, de-indexed by search engines, or altered after delivery, though we will make reasonable efforts to facilitate replacement placements where a Service Agreement includes link maintenance provisions.

Our Website and the information contained herein are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, French Link Building Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Website or our Services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under or related to these Terms or a Service Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under French law.

11. Term and Termination

Service engagements continue for the term specified in the Service Agreement. Either party may terminate a Service Agreement according to the termination provisions therein. In the absence of specific termination terms, either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.

We may terminate or suspend Services immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to make payment, or engage in activities that could harm our reputation or violate search engine guidelines. Upon termination, you remain liable for fees owed for Services rendered up to the termination date.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labour disputes, internet outages, or widespread publisher policy changes that materially affect campaign delivery. The affected party must notify the other promptly and make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For active Service Agreements, material changes will be communicated directly and will apply upon renewal or mutual agreement.
